Overall all I give him a C+, I know some people will be very generous to him because "if he had power doe" but......he didn't had some okish wins but lost at higher levels against B level fighters.

These are worthless polls. Shannon Briggs was way better than both Frank Bruno and Deontay Wilder. Shows how ignorant the majority of fans on this site are.

Bruno was 1-5 with 5 stoppage losses against world champs, and his only win was against drugged up and mentally broken McCall. Wilder is 3-1-1 but his wins are against Stiverne twice and Liakhovich, who was already knocked out in his prime by Briggs and then years later by Helenius and Jennings by the time Wilder got to him.

Briggs beat old George, Ray Mercer, prime Liakhovich (coming off a win over Brewster who had just beaten Klitschko), and had competitive fights with Sultan Ibragimov and Lennox Lewis (even though Lewis stopped him in 5, it was a crazy fight and Lewis said Briggs hit him harder than anyone ever did). Plus he went 12 with Vitali despite tearing a bicep in the first round. Fighting 12 rounds with one arm while a Klitschko brutally batters you ain't no joke.

          Paulie is an overachiever

Funny thought this guy can’t punch and has a high pitch voice but would still beat most people up

I'll never forgive him for embarrassing the sport in BKFC. Everyone who watched his boxing career knew he'd break both of his hands in bare knuckle, which is what he did. And because of that the highest profile boxer to fight in bare knuckle lost to an MMA bum with a losing record.

Ishe Smith easily dominated his only bare knuckle fight, Dat Nguyen is an undefeated and undisputed world champ in bare knuckle, Uly Diaz scored the fastest KO in combat sports history, Nico Hernandez dominated his bare knuckle debut.

But all we hear about is Paulie throwing zero punches in the 5th round of a 2-2 fight against Lobov.

Dude.... The public has already spoken on the matter.

And the majority say that Wilder and Bruno are both better than Briggs, thus the higher grades.

The majority are ignorant, clearly. Which, again, is why I said these polls are worthless. Frank Bruno is one of the worst heavyweight champions in the history of boxing.

Nobody had a easy night with Frank Bruno, and he was only beaten by champions. He was winning both fights vs Bone Crusher Smith and Tim Witherspoon, they where high paced and brutal fights etc

Shannon Briggs had talent, but he lost to guys 'At his peak, who well who where they exactly?'.

Note: Only really Mike Tyson in his rematch with Bruno, blasted him out 'That fight was Bruno's last fight'.

Bruno also gave Lennox a real run for his money until a game changing punch ended it in the 7th.

While Briggs got outclassed for 5 rounds other than the first when he had Lennox in retreat mode.

Maybe that is why Bruno got a higher grade?
