Cause Dana wouldn’t allow UFC to diminish it’s brand like that. Nor could he pay the money that they want.

Unfortunately boxing has no real governance and is easily exploited, therefore leading to an amass of these fraudulent contests.

Dana White should have kept Strikeforce around as a separate brand. They could have put celebrity fights and exhibitions on there.
