When is Fury vs Joshua going to be announced?

I feel like I have seen for well over a month now that the fight is practically a done deal.

    What are they waiting on???

In 3-4 years when they’re both in their mid 30’s and ready to cash out.

Hopefully it happens this year but I’m very skeptical tbh.

Whenever the Wilder case gets settled. By either a settlement payout or Fury being forced to fight him. They are trying to make it seem like it's nothing, but it isn't going away that easy. I dislike Wikder and Fury both. But kudos to Wilder for trying to force the contract. Fury has had enough passes

Give it time fight is worth 100m+ there is a lot of factors still to get done including venue and live gate.

Er well, its boxing so I'm saying not any time this year.

If you have been following this sport for any length and have anything other than an "I'll belive it when I see it" attitude to big fights, then you need to smack yourself.

They haven’t been in a rush because aiming for June and I suspect originally trying to work out how latest covid saga direction heads, it’s not unusual to take this time but isn’t usually in the press. That we only hear things as answers in interviews and both sides are being consistent is only a good thing though

They both had contract sent to each other last week, this is a 100m plus fight. So yeah it takes time for them to go over things, negotiate the parts they don’t like, agreed to things that they like and get the rematch clause all tight. Then getting their lawyers to go over it. This isn’t some crackhead ******, accept in 24 hours, no meetings, no negotiation 50ms fake offer.

Am guessing everything should be done by the end of February/first week of March 2021.

                  - -We'd be talking rematch if Fury hadn't punked out of AJ's American debut offer

If that is the case, these promoters need to stop saying things like 'Should be signed in 1 week' or 'This can be sorted out in afew days' these are the statements that have been made continually over the past few months etc
