I don't know what Caleb was supposed to do exactly. PBC & Canelo couldn't come to an agreement it sounded like to me cuz PBC had PPV's they were already invested in & Canelo wanted to do a short notice PPV that maybe doesn't draw the numbers PBC would need it to to make sense. But yea PBC & Canelo gotta agree on something before Caleb even gets the call to fight Canelo. And I highly doubt Eddie is gonna go outta his way to make Canelo vs Caleb when he gots a few guys on the Canelo To Do List that he gets more upside from if they fight Canelo or better yet beat Canelo at some point.

At this level of the game these guys aren't scared of each other lol. Its about business & money more than ever at this level & if it don't make dollars it don't make sense as they say.

I don’t think so personally. I know Canelo wants to fight 3 times this year but May to September doesn’t give much time to promote a Fox PPV. Unless they can reach a deal before the BJS fight I don’t see how they get it done.

I'm feeling like Caleb is unlikely for September myself, but idk that its THAT long a list at 168 so he could backdoor his way into it I feel like.

Who do you think are the top 3 options for September assuming nothing funny happens between now & then?

For Canelo or Plant? For Canelo I don’t know because he’s free after the BJS fight. He could fight anyone on any network.
