If it was low I'm sure Roasario or his corner would have protested it.

Either way, at that point in the fight, seems the outcome would have been the same if the punch missed. He was either likely getting knocked out or losing badly on points. If he was faking it or looking for a way out then what's any different about that than outright quitting? If it was "fixed" why would he willingly take such a battering and not stay down during one of the two previous knockdowns? Are they implying it was supposed to end at a certain time, maybe for a large Round 8 prop bet? Wouldn't someone notice that considering the moderate controversy surrounding this KO?

I have more questions than answers now

Was their dad around? That typically causes problems. Regardless of skin color.

Technically, Charlo won the belt. But the IBF reserves the right to investigate just like they were an org investigated by the Feds.

the IBF reserves every right to continue its investigation.

Many should realize that Jermell Charlo would have nothing to do with Rosario’s KO.

Many forum members are anesthetized or naive that American Sports was hit drastically and the values plummeted. Boxing and PBC, already the niche sport that it is, knew that their relationship with a mainstream conglomerate network like Fox could care less for boxing when it comes to general ratings. It means the Fox Execs couldve easily the pulled the plug on PBC during the pandemic and a good excuse to do it too.

Therefore, Rosario was a VERY RISKY fight that could’ve ended Jermell Charlo’s reign and PBC branding for 154. Most the LDBC rely on the Charlos. Duh... also Errol Spence and his circumstances.

Guys it’s not far fetched that Rosario was paid by unknown sources to take a dive. Rosario acts slow in the head too. I think the plan was for him was to take the fall at a designated round and things got delayed during the fight. He chose the wrong punch to take the fall and the acting was ret@rded. He could’ve been easily taken a bribe and paid in his own country. The dollar is extremely valuable to Dominican currency. Could Haymon really sell Rosario? All these 154 belts traveling around means nothing when ratings are more important.

PBC didn’t even disclose a type of internal hemorrhage after the fight. Usually an organ, for that acting, would’ve had some news. Remember Pedis against Marquez? That dude took mean ass uppercut to the body and still fighting. His body went into shock and started vomiting blood from the hemorrhages stomach.

That jab to the body is one of the most common shots in professional fights let alone sparring.

                This whole thing is gibberish.

Most pbc rely on the Charlos? Bruh Jermell had just got robbed two fights ago.

Now you're saying Haymon changed his mind and decided to make Rosario take a dive?

So most the pbc didn't rely on Jermell two fights ago when he got robbed but they do now?

                Phuck outta here.

You are very naive. Lol. Haymon nor Jermell don’t need to collude or be involved with the dive. As Dwyer has pointed out, the Team vs Lukowitz could collude. It could even be Lukowitz and Haymon making arrangements. You have to be very naive to think these underground political scheme don’t happen.

LDBC PBC kids cry about “paid” scorecards with Canelo fights but somehow the “black associated” world couldn’t simply do this? Lol. Don King much? Haymon and Schaefer literally conspired to steal GBP fighters. That is fact. To think Rosario wouldn’t take a dive in a time of dire contractual needs and maintenance (ala PBC and Fox relation), is really dumb...

The people upset by this dive have never seen Tyson-Seldon. Now keep in mind that sh**t was PPV. Oh wait, this trash was PPV too. Yikes. What happened to free boxing? Thank you, Al Haymon.

Nobody is upset except for Jermell. Dives will always be a part of boxing. Just like Canelo haters saying that Kovalev “took a dive” with Canelo yet took on more firepower from a stronger puncher and got blasted out the more ideal way. You know PAC’s current manager Sean Gibbons used to box and openly admitted to taking dives?

Do you realize that boxing has such small purses that it’s not difficult to bribe in this sport?
