To be honest, watched up until the 7th round and then switched to the Lakers/Celtics game. It was just too one sided and it was becoming clear and clear that Plant wasn't going to stop him and there was no threat coming back.

Good numbers for sure, but we need to see him against Charlo or Benavidez or Canelo next. Three mismatches in a row.

I'm a Warriors fan but just in general a huge basketball fan and chose to watch the Lakers/Celtics game after about half way through the fight. I mean you can be a fan of boxing and watch other sports. What was I going to miss from rounds 8-12? It was clear a stoppage was not going to happen and Truax had landed like three punches per round at that point so what exactly was he going to do?

Plant has a decent following. Even that card against Uzcategui or however you spell it on FS1 did good numbers.

Anything can happen in boxing. Truax could have landed a hail mary punch, Plant could have faded, you never know. I didn't say you couldn't be a boxing fan and not watch other sports, I said I would choose boxing over anything else.
