MTK by all accounts, do a brilliant job at looking after the boxers they represent, and any organisation that helps a boxer keep his hard earned money in his pocket is alright in my book.

McGuigan is a money grabbing scumbag who has fleeced Frampton and no doubt many others.

Kinahan has no criminal convictions and is innocent until he is found guilty in a court of law.
MTK do a brilliant job???? You must work for them.

They've done absolutely nothing - zero, zip, zilch, nada - in the U.S. They apparently have just one network relationship - ESPN, through Top Rank, which is strange given that Bob Yalen used to work for ESPN, until he was fired under a cloud of ugly rumors. I'd be hard pressed to point out anything that MTK has done in America or for American fighters.

Maybe because they're an Irish company who haven't branched out to the American market.

Kinahan probably doesn't want the FBI on his arse.

        Right....

One is a Harvard graduate without a criminal record who has been successful is multiple businesses...the other is tied to a murderous drug cartel, is banned from entering multiple countries and is under investigation by the DEA, the Gardai and other law enforcement en******.

Both massively shady, right? Because one is a successful Black man and the other is a reputed drug lord, right?

Hardly. Name one "boxing figure" who ran a murderous international drug cartel pursued by the DEA, Gardai, Interpol and others.

They’ve got a tonne of fighters active and earning money who would have never got an opportunity had they ceased to exist.

Do you remember when Fury fought Wilder in the biggest HW fight in years? Fury is an MTK fighter...

They’ve done great things for British boxing and have also made a significant contribution to world boxing.

Then explain what other reason there is to suggest Haymon and Kinahan are similar.

Not sure why I'm responding to someone who is clearly a PR agent for MTK/Kinahan, but in any event...

None of the U.S. fighters who have signed with MTK have yet fought, so there's no way to say that they've gotten a single U,.S. fighter a single opportunity, let along tons of opportunities.

MTK had no involvement in making Wilder vs. Fury I. He was involved in the rematch, but the first one was made through Warren, who made a deal to air several of Fury's fights on Showtime in the U.S., and that put Warren in conversations with Showtime and Haymon re Wilder.

Name three "great things" that MTK has done for WORLD boxing. Not UK, world boxing. I'll wait.

Google guys like Frankie Carbo and Blinky Palermo.

You clearly don’t know your history.

They aren’t a US based company, they barely have any US fighters. It’s like saying what does Al Haymon do for UK boxing.

You don’t know what you’re talking about man.

Kinahan is a scumbag, I’m not arguing against that but in regards to boxing MTK has been great for lots of people in boxing. Many fighters have got opportunities that never would have got without MTK’s involvement. These guys are earning treble what they’d earn on small hall shows.

You come across as a casual man. You’re only talking about the big fights, the big events. Boxing runs far deeper than that.
