Looks natty to me. Porter was a football player so he had to drop quite a bit of weight to get down to WW in the pros. Fought at 165 in the Ams IIRC

His boxrec amateur record shows him fighting Daniel Jacobs numerous times, Andrade, Jesse Hart, Usyk etc.

No, not really. Nothing screams out this guy is on steroids. He could be using steroids but lots of guys are that muscular or more muscular without steroids especially if they lift heavy weights.
