          It doesn't have to do Floyd numbers to still do a boatload. Conor is something of a cultural icon at this point. He'll draw interest into the fight no matter how garbage he's doing.

            Its not just that he underestimated Poirier, its that hes spent the last 4 years mostly messing around outside of MMA so his skills have declined. Meanwhile Poirier has stayed active at elite level, kept his skills sharp and improved massively from the first time they fought.
