Make no mistake about it: Benavidez is the best fighter in the division after Canelo beat Smith. He would definitely take care of business with either or both Saunders and Plant. Canelo may very well have decided to unify the day Benavidez lost the title on the scales.

Plant was calling for a fight with the benavidez for a while before his won his title. I've seen a video from a while back and Beni through he was above plant and put him on the backburner. Now the roles have reversed lol. F#ck Benividez, the guy misses weight or pisses hot so it's not worth the risk of the fight falling through last minute. Let him fight Callum Smith as his comeback.

Now that Danny Jacobs is a free agent, I think either Benavidez or Charlo should seek to fight him @ 168! In fact, Benavidez, Charlo, Jacobs, and Morrell Jr., is a nice foursome at 168, and I don't care how they match up, but they should MAN UP, and make some fights happen ASAP!

I was talking with my brother about potential matchups this year and next and Jacobs fighting either David or Smith was a good one. Those 3 need a good comeback fight and a solid win to keep them relevant. David needs to show his commitment, Jacobs/Smith need to show they can bounce back and remain relevant. As for Charlo, I think he should fight Andrade and the winner moves up to 168 while the loser stays behind. Then whoever moved up can fight the loser of Jacobs/Benavidez/Smith to introduce them into the division.

Benavidez needs to worry about his career for 2021. Benevidez had twice lost a title for booger sugar and being fat. Plant on the other hand is always in phenomenal shape and is making his third defence of his IBF title. It’s a mouth watering fight and a PBC insider fight but David has done so much to derail it and his career. Plant may realistically get Canelo by Mexican Independence Day. Provided plant keeps winning and looks impressive and builds up his black/white American fan base, a well promoted fight with Canelo bringing his Mexican American fan base makes for the best PPV fight of the year.

Callum Smith needs to give 175 a try! I don't think it's natural for a man 6'3" in his 30s, to be @ 168. He should target Zurdo Ramirez, or Joe Smith Jr. @ 175! Actually Andrade's 2 targets should be a) GGG @ 160, b) Callum Smith @ 168!

I’ve always wondered about the cognitive capacity of those on her who try to shame Charlo into fighting Andrade when both are with two promotional outfits one of which chooses cable end networks the other only on an app. Charlo is not having any issues fighting on showtime or fox and making defences, it’s been Andrade who had been totally sidelined since signing with Edward Hearn
