    OK.

Taken is a synonym for theft.

Eubank can't hold Tanks jockstrap. Anything Eubank can do, Tank does it 10x better.

Everybody got to be a troll here now. Why not just post something like wow, look at Tank get that work! Nope, Tank gotta take stuff from a eurobum or a little girl. Ok guy.

    Any more questions?

Now I see the problem. Context. And getting triggered over nothing, but I digress.

      Let me help you out.

Would you agree with this statement:

"Teofimo Lopez took the WBC Franchise title from Lomachenko"

Because if you do, you're a triggered hypocrite.

If you don't, you're not a boxing fan.

      So which is it bro?

Triggered? Look around, this site has gone down the toilet. Everybody is trolling all the time, very little serious discussion.

Just give Tank his props and stop talkin out the side of your neck. What's the big deal about that?

Having your hands down is an advanced styling. You have to have speed and power to make the other side pay and when they pay, they become apprehensive (gun shy).

Look at how people play in cash no limit games against Doyle Brunson Sr, they're so gunshy he can get you with a 10-2 at any time of the day. There used to be a show, forget the name, but it was cash games with all the big stars, Doyle still whipped them up. Not so much in tournaments, but who cares, cash games is where the real skill lives on.

Anyway, she's too small, too slow, and too inexperienced for that style. The height of the other side and confidence will reduce that style to salt 10/10.

You got to learn and master the basics before fighting like that.

That fight above, little kid lost imo.

On the other hand, Davis is phenomenal. He can do it all, very amazing and multifaceted.
Me either she just playing a game, when they start getting punched in the head things change, none of what she is doing will help her they teaching her rubbish.

Mitt work is great fun and really builds hand speed, coordination and confidence.

It can also make you look very flashy in the gym - which is why so many soccer moms and Instagram athletes are obsessed with it.

I believe it has real benefits, but can be overplayed at the expense of footwork drills and technical sparring etc.

The real problem can be the coach and student become very / over familiar with each other's styles and body language, which can sometimes lead to over confidence in a fighter just because they look like Floyd on the focus mitts.

Eubank Jnr is a perfect example of the above, he is the undisputed champion of the mitts, yet his achievements at elite level are pretty woeful (2 x IBO Champion doe).

Having said all the above - it was often my favourite part of any given training session!

Speaking of impressive mittwork, I'm excited to see Cash Flow's debut. He just signed with Top Rank

That's a shame. I remember covering him on here years ago. Solid in the amateurs at 106 and 114. Guy is absolutely TINY; supposed to fight February 13.

But I would have hoped that Mayweather would have told him the deal about Bob Arum and I would have hoped that Arum's rant on Crawford would have taught him to stay away from Top Rank.

I assume it has to do with the fact that PBC doesn't really focus on the smaller classes below 126 or international fights, but who knows.

Yeah how can Floyd let him get away from him. He didn't even get Haney either.
