I have no issue with Floyd fighting who ever he wants in these exhibition fights (even Japanese children) so this isn't a salty dig but the late buy price for that PPV sounds very expensive for an all time great champion vs some mong off YouTube who can't fight for chit.

Just hope to god this falls apart along with Ryan vs PAC and this crap eventually fizzles out . the reason why people actually bought Tyson vs rjj . was to see Tyson ! and he did not disappoint. It was Jr who stunk the fight up .

Now they are saying that they pushed the date back but might even cancel it.

I don’t think floyds fight with that Asian kid moved the needle either. I think Floyd is going to pull out of the fight because he really was trying to sucker mcgregor and khabib into a fight but it didn’t work so he tried to ride the wave of the Tyson vs Jones exhibition by getting that dudes brother but it does not seem to be working.
He may pull out, it’s a total farce, worse than May v McGregor

I don’t get it but what am I missing that’s so appealing to these trash fights happening. I have zero interest in seeing this garbage. If Mayweather wants to box again he should fight a real fighter. I get that the promoters & boxers themselves are partially to blame for this type of nonsense since the best fights rarely ever happen. It’s annoying we always have to wait literally years for the best fights if they even happen since sometimes they never do. It’s difficult following the sport these days & I don’t bother wasting my time watching one sided fights anymore.

he's ducking real threats even in his younger years. therefore he is not an atg for me.. he could be in 50th place for me being generous to him.. he do nothing to the boxing but to make this young lions with 0-L a pusy cat dolls. too much protecting the 0's.

I’d say he’s an ATG but his resume is overrated when you look at the context of it. A lot of people always say look at how many world champions he beat, but than you have to ask yourself when did he beat these guys? To be fair, not all of those situations are his fault but a lot of it is too. For the second half of his career he mainly chose money over legacy.

correct.. but these floyd fan still blind to see that. just because a fighter beat a world champion doesn't mean he is the best.. they overlook when did it happen.. are they both in their prime? that's why his legacy is not impressive at all.. look at the hof'ers if being asked who's legacy they want between floyd and pac.. no doubt they picked pac.

I doubt they can pick pac Based on that because the peak of pacquiao career was about copying what ever mayweather did. If you want to criticize mayweather than you have to criticize pac also to a higher degree.

If you said Floyd got fighters out of their prime then pac is notorious for fighting floyds leftovers. From delahoya, hatton, mosley and now sadly he was going after mcgregor.

Floyd is still the most relevant boxer out there. He just choosing matches no one wants to see except his bank account. Even if floyds was to come back and fight Jessie Vargas it would be one of the biggest boxing events of the year.
