The IBF requires a final elimination bout between the top 2 guys so it wouldn’t really matter ,he’s also risking losing to Hunter or Hrgovic in a less profitable fight .

If Martin defeats Wilder he would most likely have the mandatory fight in the WBC as well defeating high ranked Wilder . It’s more of a risk fight for Wilder ,he doesn’t get closer to a title shot by defeating Martin because he’s not ranked in the IBF .

Really it doesn’t matter no one is seeing any fight with A.J anytime soon so it actually is sensible going for the bigger money fight .

Martin is in the running ,there’s no one in Wilders camp denying it and no other fighter making headlines I believe Finkle hinted it as well . I also saw a video I forgot which one where someone in Martins camp said he was next for Wilder . That was the other week .

I thought I heard somewhere that wilder fired finkle. Have u heard anything about that?

No I don’t think he’s allowed to . Finkle and Haymon got their claws in this guy and run him . If he attempted that I would presume life gets real hard for him in the WBC but you never know ? I know without Finkle he has no chance of obtaining any thing of value out of the mediation circumstances so I would be surprised.

Martins not the mandatory, the IBF has not issued a final elimination bout yet which is the top two rankings . Wilder isn’t ranked in the IBF .

Wilder isn't a personality, a nice story but is uninteresting despite current conversation. You all and I discuss at nauseam but people who like Crawford or Lopez don't, to them Wilder failures on the biggest stage proved he wasn't a true contender and they're not interested in how his career plays out.
UFC is more popular than Boxing Right Now In General so I don't know WTF you're taking about

As for Wilder we shall see! Never cared for his style and lack of Boxing Skills and Basic Fundamentals personally BUT when he Boxes or whoever he Boxes it will draw very well like him or not

I get it though, some people want him to just go away forever and some might be justified in feeling that way after all the damn pathetic excuses he has made. Then you have some he never wanted him in with AJ anyway so they're RELIEVED that Fury beat him and now feels AJ never has to fight him

If Wilder wants to impress, fight someone in the top ten who's not showing up for a paycheck to lose.

Martin if he signs and takes this fight will probably be 35 and out of the ring for over a year. I guess it's a fair comeback fight.

                    Wilder’s in a tonight spot.
Had his chin cracked in his mid 30’s and is on the outside looking in on the HW title picture.
By the time he builds himself back up and AJ and Fury finish with each other he’ll probably be shot. A guy like him that relies on one punch power vs boxing skill will fade quickly.

He could face a contender straight away but he was brutally stopped last time round. I don’t think he should be blamed for it
Yesssir. You made great point there. Could not agree more. Wilder is still entertaining.
