The answer to the thread question is no because Floyd beat jmm who beat manny arguably 3 times.

Manny beat Marquez 2x, lost 1. The early fights both guys were in their prime. The odds still favor Manny to beat Marquez two out of three times.

Manny beat Shane after Floyd ok, but tko'd a more prime version of Cotto. Floyd just danced to a split decision. Ko'd Hatton 8 rounds faster than Floyd. Ko'd Oscar Floyd outpointed him.

Outside of Alvarez, those are the best guys on Floyd's resume so odds are he beats the brakes off of Floyd's c-level cherrypicks.

So yeah the odds that Manny could go through Floyd's cherrypicked resume are high, and if you want to play the arguably game, Floyd arguably beat Oscar, especially when his pops says you gotta give it to Oscar on national television. Manny disposed of him under 10 rounds.
