No but it's not like Mayweather could have won a world title at Flyweight.
Would Pacquiao have gone through Mayweather's resume undefeated?

Are we talking about a prime Pacquiao hypothetically fighting those guys? Or are we talking about Pacquiao fighting them at the same time Mayweather did?
A prime Pacquiao (2008-2010) could win those fights, however I'm gonna go with the latter since there are no time machines:
Does Pac beat Castillo, Corrales, Hernandez, etc at 130-135? No, those fights were in 2001-2002 when Pacquiao was at 122-126. Those guys would be too big and I think Manny goes 0-3 against this group at that time.
Does he beat Gatti, Judah, Baldomir, etc at 140-147? These fights took place in 2006 when Pacquiao was at 130. He would be too fast for Arturo Gatti, however I think a prime Judah is too much and perhaps he could overcome the size advantage against a much slower Baldomir. I think he goes 2-1 against this group
Does he beat Marquez in 2009 at 146*? Manny was at his absolute peak in 2009 and I think he wins more convincingly against Marquez at this time
Does he beat Oscar and Cotto at 154? Assuming he faces Oscar in 2008 like before but at 154, I think he still wins. Perhaps not by stoppage but he wins on swarming activity. The same goes for Cotto in 2009. Perhaps Cotto makes it to the final bell but Manny simply overwhelms him with speed and activity.
Does he beat 23yo Canelo at 152? I think Canelo wins this in 2013. Manny was just coming off his knockout loss to Marquez and he came back as a much more calculated fighter. He would need his whirlwind activity to beat Canelo and he no longer had that. I think Canelo wins.
Does he beat Maidana in 2014? Manny sort of got his mojo back around this time and I actually think he matches up better against Maidana than Floyd. Maidana would look to press the action but Manny would catch him with straight lefts all night. Manny wins.Comment

they both fought marquez at 144. they both won. what is your point? oh wait actually marquez was at 144 and floyd didnt even make weight so thats even worse, but floyd never fought a 147 marquez and marquez never beat pac below 147 so to somehow use something that never happened as proof that one guy is better doesnt make a whole lot of sense.
don't clutch straws.
JMM knocked Pacquiao tf out after Mayweather fought him.
Thus on Floyd's resume, at that weight, Pacquiao gets ktfo. Confirmed.

Take away clauses and punching bags, Pac's best wins are Keith Hurtman and maybe Tim Bradley ?
Yeah Erik and Barrera are more accomplished but they were also shopworn. I wouldn't be surprised if Bradley would have beaten them (mostly Erik).
Pac fiends are not even casuals. They are obsessives.Comment

Scenario 1) May was a puny guy LIKE PAC and gained weight. Thus, allowing May to be that Flyweight. Hence, giving May a chance to destroy those lame food vendors.
Scenario 2) Pitting May vs guys he would logically be able to fight.
Either scenario, Pac's resume is mostly garbage and May would have no problems keeping his 0.
Morales and Berrara, as great as they were (Pac caught them at the end), are the exact type of guys May beats with the greatest of ease.Comment

even amir khan can go through undefeated if he has all kinds of advantages before the fight (size of ring, gloves, weight, referee, judges USADA).Comment
