CAN-elo been on a european tour. Fighting cans for the past couple fights with that Duck belt (franchise). When he supposed to fight mandatories that could give him a real fight he uses the franchise privilege. Dude he's fighting coming of a two year layoff and lost his last fight by KO. He really ain't the number one mandatory. Just the number one mandatory for CAN-elo. The real number one ranked fighter is Benevidez.

All I can say is that Canelo has not fought any top guy since Mayweather just cause he fought Kovalev and Smith or GGG twice means nothing. when he did not face any Charlo or Andrade or Hurd and Lubin he could of at least move up and fight Benavidez Plant or Beterbiv or Bivol because he's had too many soft touches period.
