I don't think Mikey is IN boxing like he was once & I think his motivation for boxing has been subpar for the level he's on his whole career. He's THAT good that he excels despite giving a fook. But I think vs other high level guys his lack of passion for the sport matters. So I'd take Devin if they were about to fight.

Garcia inside 6. He’s levels above. You can’t jump from the guys Haney’s been fighting and go in with an elite level guy like Mikey. Haney needs to get some top level experience before going anywhere near guys like Mikey.

Mikey should be eager to make the fight then. Unfortunately, I'm guessing he would use the "who has he fought?" excuse like everyone else.

A more realistic fight for Devin Haney is Javier Fortuna. If Haney can win impressively against Javier Fortuna then he will gain more credibility, just like how Ryan Garcia did by beating Luke Campbell.
