Yes spray weather deserves to be on the belt. Second career ( after Hatton win) was mostly boring to watch as he had only 2 Kos but he was damn bear unbeatable and beat everybody he ever faced. Although Ricardo Lopez also retired 50-0 in those smaller decisions, that's never mentioned. A draw is still undefeated.
