Dela Hoya. Promoter or Fighter?

Would you consider Dela Hoya to be a part-time fighter at this point? If and I mean if he fights in May ..it will be his 2nd fight in three years and will be 34 yrs old.

he has left massive gaps inbetween his fights but at the end of the day hes the face of boxin through bein a great fighter not a great premoter

i consider him to be a promotor at this point.
his last fight was against a guy tailor made for him for a title that he has no intentions of defending, im not sure thats the fighters spirit.

when he comits to training hes still a helluva fighter but i have inside info he wont be fightin floyd anytime soon so promoter i guess

I think he's both and does a good job with both. But I think one last fight would be alright, then he should be full time promoter.
