The belts were not known as the big three.

They never were.

They were always known as nonsense alphabet soup titles.

There was a three belt era, that ended in the early 2000s.

We’re not living in that era anymore.

If Fox really wanted to help the situation, they would point out that the only real champion is determined when the top two fighters in the division fight each other according to TBRB/Ring Magazine.

What it’s really about is that Al Haymon doesn’t get along with the WBO.

The WBA, IBF and WBC aren’t more prestigious than the WBO, they all suck really hard actually.

And the biggest of the three have always been known as the "big 3." Fox didn't decide that.

I think the issue with PBC is they refuse to list the WBO champion when naming the divisional champions and pretend we don’t live in the four belt era, which we’ve been in for 14 years.
