I have Arum on video saying there is no legal recourse for Wilder because the contract expired.

This isn't a difference of opinion. If Arum was telling the truth they wouldn't be in mediation.

Mediation is just a third party going over the contract with a fine tooth comb to see if there is legal recourse.

        Mediation is legal recourse. Wtf????

Fury & Top rank lawyers went over the contract to determine that and they determined it was expired & Wilder had no legal recourse

Bob isn't the judge. He's a party to the contract.

It's not a matter of opinion. But it is a matter of professional legal expert opinion. Bob's legal team will hold one view. Finkel's another.

          That's the law.

He probably should give Wilder his soul back though, it's a little unfair to hold onto that thing for so long.

Maybe, thats all mediation was ever really about.

There's flat out proof he cheated in the Klitschko fight, failed a drug test after, cheated in the Cunningham, and the Kevin Johnson fight, so yes, there's proof

No need for a 3rd fight. Wilder is finished.

So either everyone was working together in good faith, but once the deadline passed, Fury swerved everyone. Or, Fury's side was deliberately pretending to be on board with the later date, to trick the other side into letting the deadline expire.

Which do you believe it was?
Networks have no barring on the actual negotiations between the parties . Team Wilder went silent for months there was no agreements between them other then hearsay potential places to stage the fight in interviews or social media .

Wilder himself cost him the fight and really with all the excuses and defamation slanders directed at Fury he knew he would be axed from it so I don’t even think he wanted an actual fight in the ring ,he wanted free money by going to mediation which I don’t even know he got based on what Arum has recently said or suggested of Wilder 100% losing the case .
