Tyson Fury and his friend Billy Hoe Saunders are the 2 most evil scumbags in boxing, IDK how anyone supports these 2
Three excuses Fury has given to pull out of the trilogy

1. People often offer money in mediation to avoid having to deal with the nuisance of court... that doesn't necessarily mean that the rematch court has not expired just because it's gone to arbitration.1. The rematch clause expired
Now we know that isn't true due to the mediation and possible arbitration. If the rematch expired Fury could tell Wilder to kick rocks & owes him nothing. Yet Wilder was offered step aside money in mediation
2. He was tired of being inactive and wanted to fight
He pulled out of his December fight so that was also a lie
3. Wilder insulted him so he refuses to fight him
This is the latest excuse coming from Fury
If you have no interest in seeing Wilder vs Fury 3 and you'd rather see Joshua vs Fury I totally understand that. But as we stand right now Fury is once again refusing to honor a contract he signed and agreed to.
If this gets dragged out and delays, or possibly cancels, the Joshua vs Fury fight the only one to blame is Fury. If he's honored his contract they would be fighting within the next two weeks and that's plenty of time to have the AJ fight which is tentatively scheduled for June/July
2. Yup clear bull****.
3. Is it an excuse or a valid reason? If somebody was downright slandering my name left and right I certainly wouldn't feel like I owe them anything. If Wilder was to man up and acknowledge that he got beat pillar to post then he a) might actually improve as a boxer and b) stand a better chance of actually getting the third fight. As it is if you act like a complete tool to the extent that everyone bar Wilder fans see Wilder as an absolute joke i'm not sure why anybody would want to waste their time with him.Comment

I kinda agree with this.1. People often offer money in mediation to avoid having to deal with the nuisance of court... that doesn't necessarily mean that the rematch court has not expired just because it's gone to arbitration.

I do think that the mediation still has legs, its by no means airtight but I have a feeling the sheer exceptional circumstances of Covid might allow a judge to possibly rule in Wilder's favor or at least force both parties to come to some kind of settlement. At the same time, Finkle's talk of "morals" also make me think that he himself isn't massively confident and I am kinda starting to expect Wilder may be losing interest too.
At the same time though, how exactly would Fury be a "duck" for refusing the fight? I mean, even if he did cheat...why on earth would you willingly go back in the ring with a guy accusing you of such? Wilder should have really just held onto that and used it after any such negotations has concluded before running to social media to spout that nonsense. That pretty much killed any kind of goodwill and I wouldn't be surprised if Fury just outright refuses to fight him because of such. You're not exactly going to be able to convince people that the guy who beat you twice is ducking...Comment

Does the fact there’s a mediation prove that the contract hasn’t expired? I don’t think that’s how it works.
Either way he doesn’t need an excuse because he destroyed him and a 3rd fight isn’t needed.Comment

What a silly thread.
There is truth around fury not giving appropriate rematches, for example Klitschko - and even the original Wilder fight after many thought he won. However none of those reasons you label excuses are a sensible logical argumentComment
