    Matchroom Boxing head Eddie Hearn wants to deliver the first career-defining fight for a pair of the sport's most promising 22-year-olds. Hearn, who promotes Devin Haney (25-0, 15 KOs), wants to pit the WBC lightweight champion against rising star Ryan Garcia (21-0, 18 KOs), even though Haney's mandatory challenger has desires for Gervonta Davis instead.

      Been saying it all along so I agree with Hearn here....Garcia is just not ready to be sacrificed to Davis just yet. I don't see Ryan Garcia fighting any top guys in the near future.

          Haney vs Garcia is a n easy fight to make but does Hearn really wanna risk Haney right now is the question. I see Haney fighting Fortuna which I give Fortuna a chance to win that fight. I ain't real sure who Garcia fights next but I dont think itll be Tank.

              Garcia should fight Haney I've been saying this. Get the experience get a legit belt cause franchise title is atrocious . then fight Davis . even if he loses he's still popular enough to make huge fights .

                              Same as he did with Canelo.. before he was finally able to snake Goldenboy with the assistance of DAZN.

                              Goldenboy has to make post pandemic plans to find another broadcast partner.
