Tank is an easier fight for ryan that haney. Haney got skills but hes boring af and unknown which is why no one really mentions him as much as the other three top guys.Comment

That sounds right. But idk about tank-mares. Have you seen mares eye? I think it was after the lsc-tank fight and his eye looked pretty bad. I think he's pretty much retired.Comment

"No one can moan if they make Ryan Garcia vs. Gervonta Davis, but if they don’t, they really should be fighting Devin."
Like Devin a lot , but he really needs to get his star power up to superseed this fight.
I get it Devin is the favorite but boxing needs a BIG fight for our young fans. Nothing is bigger than Ryan vs Tank at the weight. This fight would be huge. Devin is a hardcore fight fans spectacle.
He's saying vs Tank is a good fight and no complaints. How is that trying to prevent or chase clout?
Easy Ryan vs Tank is a massive fight. I believe it would sell more than AJ vs Fury. Problem is this, Eddie Hearn never seems enthusiastic about making the fights until other promoters have a big match brewing.
He did the same thing with inserting AJ in a fight that was much bigger. Wilder vs Fury 2. AJ vs Fury will be a UK success but Fury vs Wilder 3 would dwarf completely in Revenue. It’s two countries and so personal both would show up in full support.
Yet here we are potentially watching the smaller less lucrative fight. Not complaining just wish Hearn didn’t play games with AJ vs Wilder. We could have saw that fight unblemished. Now both have losses.
Pointing out that Garcia is contracted to fight on DAZN and Tank is not is a fact. A pertinent fact. It’s a choice that the Haney’s made. It made sense at the time, and they seem to self promote much better than Andrade and Jacobs. But he needs to show some personality and Hearn doesn’t know how to bring that out of him.
Garcia fought Campbell to become mandatory for Haney's WBC title. Haney is on DAZN. Garcia is on DAZN. It would give Garcia a better belt than would be possible from fighting Tank. For these reasons, it is a logical matchup.
Logical till we look across the street and see a mega PPV in Super-Ry vs Tank. Oscar would be an idiot to take his last attraction and put him in with Haney for a fight that will do much lesser numbers. Even if Ryan loses with out getting knocked out, he can still build him like Canelo with a good showing. But the PPV numbers will be there.
If I was Haney, I would be calling out Loma to show I can beat the more technical fighter even worst than Teo. Loma needs a legit belt, why wouldn’t he take it? It’s 50/50 for either. Nobody will be expecting a knockout so it plays to Haney’s style. People will be disappointed if he outpoints Garcia. The Loma fight would place him in a power position. But the fight with Gamboa just didn’t do it for him.
That said, and to repeat Hearn's words, no one can complain if they make a fight with Davis.
It’s beyond people complaining... Bro that fight (Davis vs Garcia) makes a legit PPV star. Maybe even two!!! Davis vs Garcia may be the biggest two to three fights in boxing right now. Boxing needs that fight!!!
If they don't, Haney is a great matchup.Comment

Sounds like Hearn wants no part of Teofimo for Haney. Unfortunately, Haney has talked Teofimo into wanting that war today. I'm not sure who wins, but we know Teofimo is gonna show up for a war if that fight gets made.
It's not easy gauging just how good Haney is yet. Being in a technical, fast war makes and breaks a lot of fighters. I'd love to see it ... but I don't see Hearn making a fight with Teofimo any time soon.
I think Haney stops Garcia ... after a decent scrap.Comment
