Can anyone find a confirmed link to such a test ? I always see stats but never a believable link or story.I now Tyson's estimated power was around 1200psi but is there any truth to him or any of the others taking a real test ?

Sanders had that straight left from the southpaw stance which, of course, screwed up a lot of one-dimensional heavyweights. The only thing he ever did with it was to catch Klitschko cold, though. Lewis built a hall of fame career with what he had.

The problem with Tyson, like Ali, rotting in exile is a ***** to your athletic body...One thing Evander said about fighting Tyson the first time was, "I saw Tyson knocking out people, but nobody was hitting him, he wasn't used to being hit since he got back."

Now for Ali, he intentionaly took punishment in sparring post-exile simply to get used to the punches again; for Tyson, I doubt it...even Tommy Brooks said that he was surprised how long Tyson lasted as long as he did fighting Evander and taking those huge punches. Tyson's problem was before prison though: once he got rid of Rooney, there was no head movemet, and when there is no head movement you are going to take punches directly; other than having a natural gift of a "Chin", boxers last as long as they do because they learn how to either partially block, or roll with the punches.
