Davis might actually be the one to give Loma a shot before Lopez does. Lopez is running away.
Actions speak louder than words. He “wants” to fight everyone, yet he isn’t and hasn’t been. I won’t be surprised to see Davis vs Gary Russell, another smaller fighter that they’ll try to build up into some marquee opponent, like they did with Santa Cruz.

I'd love to see Russell-Davis. He's better than Cruz and has a win over my boy JoJo. Good fight.
I prefer a JoJo-Davis fight actually. Would that be ok with you?

Another smaller fighter and without any real punching power either. There’s really only one outcome there, so it’s not that interesting imo. I highly doubt Davis is gonna get outworked by a guy he can ultimately bully. That said, I’d watch Davis vs either guy, but I wouldn’t pay for it.

LSC is a good name, but he never had the skills and especially not the strength to deal with Tank. Most of his punching power was diminished moving up to 126. Gamboa would've been a good win like 6 years ago, but he's old now and was injured for most of his match with Tank. They were low risk, high reward opponents to make Tank look good and pick up some paper belts. You shouldn't try makin them out to be more than that.

Loma was the #1 guy at 135; he was the best win anyone could have in the division at the time. Now, Teo's the guy to beat. A rematch with Loma would definitely be compelling, but Teo's days at 135 are numbered. I can't say with confidence that he'll wanna bother with someone he already beat.

Until he does hes just a guy that won a decision of a fighter that had an off night but still made it close.
            ——————-

            What’s an “off” night?
When Teo got a chance to fight Loma, did you say the same thing? That he needed to “prove to the world” he could beat Loma?
Well, he did beat Loma. Loma not doing enough in the first 6 rounds is how problem.

Boxing, unlike any other sport requires the ultimate in performance from boxers. They get paid serious money and get time to train for that specific fighter and style.
So the idea that someone had an off night is just excuses.

AJ had an “off” night vs Ruiz so he lost
Wladimir had an “off” night vs AJ so he lost
PAC had an “off” night vs Floyd so he lost.
Porter had an “off” night vs Spence so he lost.
Garcia had an “off” night vs Spence.
Tyson had an “off” night vs Holyfield,
Oscar had an “off” night” vs Floyd.

Do you see where I am going with this? There is no such asan off night. All those guys got beat. Period.

Yes and they all wanted re-matches.

Kambosos can upset Teo Lopez in Australia if Teo can not put him to sleep.

When it comes to Top Rank, why is it the guy no one cares about or ever wanted to see is always the front runner? So Kambosos is the reason we aren’t watching much bigger fighters? WTF?

Everyone wants a rematch. Of course.
My question is what in the world is an “off” night considering all the facts I listed?

                    The better boxer wins. Period.
