Not the highest quality PPV card, although on paper it does look like 4 action fights minimum.
And action = entertainment.Comment

PPV lol.
The funny thing is, all the Matchroom bootlickers are on twitter claiming that Eddie Hearn is saving boxing!!

The only reason I'm going to bother streaming this fight is to see Whyte get put to sleep again.Comment

Ah bless, you picked up a new saying. Good boy, keep at it and in a decade or two you may have learned enough to write a post with sensible content.I remember molina vs AJ. Molina was so ready to give up he didn't even bother to move to centre of ring for opening bell. And then just cowered in the corner.
UK fans loved the mismatch.
Meanwhile Ortiz was on the undercard, in an equally pathetic mismatch.
AJ could have fought Ortiz. But chose to take easiest pathetic option like the paper champ he is.
The Ortiz fight wouldn't have been any different, he isn't highly rated (only by Wilder).Comment

Molina rocked wilder remember. AJ at the time versus Molina had just recently won the belt and it’s fair to say was still quite a novice. He has been joshuas single “easy” (title defence) fight in my opinion. Even Brezeale at the time was unbeaten, and although AJ was favourite it wasn’t certain what Brezeale’s level would get to at that point.
AJ has proven himself many times over in comparison to ANY other heavyweight in the division by taking on consistently better opposition.
Ortiz has turned down fights against AJ twice (walking away from matchroom when he was going to be next, then his biggest payday to go fight wilder) - so he has also had his opportunity.Comment

Go pay for that card instead to make your point. I’m sure when that card also makes over 300k buys you will be proved right haha.
Whyte vs Povetkin is a good fight, anyone on here who thinks otherwise I would love to see what you would consider and an alternative. Reality is if this wasn’t on ppv then you would be getting something like a Whyte vs Kabayel and Povetkin vs Helenius . Which would you prefer?Comment

Ortiz turned down a fight once because it only gave him 4 weeks to prepare. Typical dodgy Hearn offer, trying to get more easy fights for AJMolina rocked wilder remember. 2 x top 5 heavy weights, 1 pretending to be a champion of division fighting on same card, in 2 horrible mismatches. Instead of fighting each other.Molina rocked wilder remember. That sums up everything wrong with heavy weight Division and mis matchroom.Comment

I’d prefer not to see a guy who’s not even won a European title on PPV for the 7th time.Go pay for that card instead to make your point. I’m sure when that card also makes over 300k buys you will be proved right haha.

I'd pick Helenius to beat Whyte. That would be a good fight. Last time they fought helenius had 4 days preparation for the fight, thanks to mis matchroom and Eddie always looking for unfair fights. But helenius dominated the first 2 round before tiring and lying on ropes for next 8 rounds, while clueless Whyte demonstrated how limited his skillset is.Go pay for that card instead to make your point. I’m sure when that card also makes over 300k buys you will be proved right haha.
