I agree that a lot of mandatory fights are bad because they aren't 50/50 but like BHop said when Merchant was grilling him for taking a mandatory, some guys can get away with not fighting them, and other guys can't. Inoue said his goal was to become undisputed bantamweight champ since he moved up and entered the tournament. IBF would strip him.
