Contracts include the steps that need to be taken in the event that one party believes the contract has been breached. I've never seen a boxing contract, but mediation would be a pretty common last step in other forms of contract.

If Wilder is going to take Fury to court I think it would look better if they could demonstrate that they had tried to resolve through mediation prior to going to the courts.

Arum's comments are interesting. I'm wondering if he is throwing out there that if Wilder sues Fury, then Fury will counterclaim based on Wilder's comments.

Would love to have a read of the contract.

Nothing to do with the WBC. They haven't mandated the fight, so why would they strip Fury of the belt?

Fury should just agree to beat up Sparrow Legs once a year. We all enjoy it and it would serve as decent tune-ups or stay-busys for Fury's big fights against more skilled opposition.
          It's a win-win

So emotional. Why would we need to see Fury dominate Wilder again for a third time? Nothing is gonna change from the first two. If Wilder actually learns how to box then it might be interesting. But that ain't happening so lets see something new. This is getting boring. Bring on Joshua.

Fury always avoids rematches because he has to cheat to win, and can't pull the same con twice. He is a racist who use the N word turns around and says calling him a cheat is an attack on his whole ethnicity. Human garbage

Fury is full of crap. Wilder should've never gave him a opportunity because he has a track record of cheating. Fury tested positive for steroids, and he dodged the rematch with Klitchsko, then he retired to dodge a two year suspension, Fury cheated against Christian Hammer, took nadrolone then he started doing blow etc etc Not to mention when is this guy gonna get his UK Boxing license so he cab actually FIGHT IN THE UK? And he is facing a possible 8 year ban if he is found guilty of tampering with evidence in the Martin Carefoot case lol Talking about he ate Wild Boar meat and Wild Boars been extinct in the UK since the 17th century haha haha Tyson "Fairy" is a funny mofo lol he got problem, problems lol

By the time Wilder would be anybody’s mando Fury will probably be retired. He only has a few fights left and a two or three fight deal with AJ will probably be the majority of them.
He can always drop the belt if he doesn’t want the fight. He’s going to get paid no matter who he fights. He doesn’t need Wilder at this point and no longer has an obligation to fight him.
