Yeah, that's the amazing thing about PBC fighters.
They're totally mesmerized by uncle Al's sweet talk that they'll accept
whatever figure he comes up with. PBC fanatics will happily go along with it.
Thurman, Porter, Garcia made an average figure of $1.2 million each when they fought
each other in pre-pandemic times. Fans never made any issue about it.
And these PBC guys were ten times more well known than Lopez.

Lo and behold when it's non-PBC hell breaks loose with PBC fanatics when
Teofimo who's barely known by casuals gets to be offered $1.2 million in a
crowdless environment starts yelling, "IT'S A LOWBALL!"

I'm with you completely, bro. I'm ten times tired of network/promoter fanboys
when they cry lowball when we discover that Haymon fighters actually made less.
It's no longer a sport. It's hate on anything that is not PBC.

Yeah, $5 million is okay. That's Teo Lopez's minimum asking price.

You wouldn’t hear any sort of demand. He would probably get 4m but they would come out like they made 20m from a PPV that doesn’t do anything more than 350k. Like the promoters are in the business of losing money.

Sometimes you cannot continue arguing or debating some people, I was being told Spence a d Garcia made 8m in their fight. Which meant someone had to be making a loss.

Tough one here. I don't think people want to watch Thurman right now. He lost to Manny coming up on 2 years now, razor close wins against Garcia and Porter. if Garcia didn't give up those early rounds, Thurman would have lost. Thurman finished the fight in losing fashion. Disastrous body shot from Collazo.

Yea his record is better than Crawford's but he's been out for ages, injury riddled, and literally zero hype.

And you're still into this ****** nonsense.
You yourself have admitted it's not only PBC fighters
that get this "extra" money after the fight.
What do you want people to do, just make up figures,
instead of just going by the reported ones?
If Crawford made $4 million in the Brook fight, does that
mean he made more than that? How much more?

I agree with you. As a fan I'd rather not hear anything about how
the negotiations went. I'd rather just see fights announced and
both fighters agreed to face each other.

You have to agree that non-PBC promoters are always being picked apart
when they make their offers as if PBC is offering more.
