            This is a matter for the state athletic board. The opposing fighter should have no input otherwise it's only a matter of time before promoters and managers put pressure for them to move forward with the fight.

                    Damn this is pretty much the end of Kovalev's career. Canelo got 6 months. Kov gets the same. So if he does face Bek, he'll be 38 and that's a rough fight.
