Tyson Fury's Shameful KO of Steve Cunningham

Who was the ref for this fight? All I remember were illegal elbows, rabbit punches, excessive holding. He should have been disqualified.

Honestly I'm just like you on this matter, it keeps me up at night. Seriously, Steve if you're reading this I love you and thought you were cheated that night.

I didn't like the KO at the time, but not much I can do about it. Ref was Eddie Cotton.

Tyson Fury making his U.S debut got very lucky ,but I don’t think he won because of the illegal punch . He took control of the fight ,a fight he shouldn’t be struggling in with the vast size advantage. Just a reminder those thinking he’s going to defeat A.J .

Both valid points - to me it seems like Fury tends to fight at the level of his competition. Not sure what it is; he can look okay'ish against mediocre opposition, but fights much better when the calibre of his opponent is increased.

Klitschko is the actual one who had an off night however . Fury looks like a killer because of Wilder . The fight with AJ is going to be not just against a capable two fisted puncher and boxer but one who fought the top guys all around ,Fury doesn’t actually look good in competitive fights like the very bad Klitschko one where no punches are thrown or against Wallin who challenged Fury by going at him .

Fury can get away with a lot depending on who he’s fighting but A.J is going to shut most of what Fury does down .

Add a few nasty head butts and blatent low blows, and that sounds like a typical Andre Ward fight.

Cunningham is yet another LDBC victim that Fury has knocked out.

                    Easy work.
