          That's a good question, and doesn't consider records or ability. I suggest Naseem Hamed.I'm sure there are others, but he came immediately to mind. Not only his record was top ciass, but his athletic gyrations in and on his way to the ring, were somethin to watch.

          If he hadn't lost interest, and was born with a healthy paid of hands he's have broken many records. As it was he had 15 title defences,. and was lineal, with every title win except two by KO.

                  Manny Pacquiao showed athletic ability and power all at once,,, Nacho refferred to his style as a "wild cat" in his early career fights and said it seemed impossible to handle his offense when he used that element
