        Usually when you're up against authority, authority has all the resources. Usually you can't buy your way out of trouble so upfront and above board. There's no bribe here, there's an org that doesn't have the funds to actually do what they exist for in the first place. WTF is that about?

        Sadly it happens all the time in other fields. For example in the UK the Serious Fraud Office has a budget of £32M, but the amount of fraud going on is in the trillions of pounds. A lot of the time a case of blatant guilt in a major case leads to a slap on the wrist minor fine.

        You said in another post UKAD are only worthwhile when going after a poor boxer, that's basically sums it up
