Is there a way to get into the habbit of always moving? for example prime muhammad ali or sugar ray robinson used to always move and circle their opponents. some boxers like ryan garcia dont move much and call people call him flat footed. how could you ingrain in your head to keep moving and circling?

I don't know the answer to your Q, other than good training and concentration. With Garcia though, he already uses a lot of energy, getting up on his toes and moving around would use more energy and would likely mean it takes him longer to get guys out of there. He has the speed+power combination and wants to trade so for now I don't think being a little flat footed is too big a problem. -
That habit has to be ingrained during training. Doesn't take that much energy to circle to the left or the right or taking a half step back.
Being so stationary is an invitation for counters. If Garcia wants to be stationary he will have to learn more waist and head movement and pick more punches with his arms and hands.Comment

I move my feet the most in my gym because I hate getting hit, you gotta use that fear (adrenaline) punch and move, after every combo. Don't run though and try to move to the right easy!!!!
Yeah also gotta spam the jab and sit on the back foot so you can push in and out quickly and skip before sparring so you get your rhythem going.Comment

Moving around is not part of every plan. You know what you do with a good mover you can't chase down? Stay still and make him come to you. So, it's whatever man, not everyone does everything nor should they.
Ali moved around and lost to Frazier
Foreman didn't move so much and beat Frazier
Frazier was a move to you kind of guy. Makes sense Frazier could stick on Ali but got walloped by George.
