These are my thoughts. There are fights that could be made on the basis of the belt holds. I can understand not fighting due to COVID, but to fight in an exhibition match (I would be livid if it were sanctioned as a title bout) as a reigning champion is disrespectful to the guys fighting to become champion.

Financially Pac should fight McGregor. Not a fight that I would watch but two celebrities fighting rakes in the dough plus it is the more winnable fight for him.

If he fights Spence and loses the profits might not be there afterwards and is the higher risk fight. Pac has done enough already that he should get no flak if he goes one way or another.

I was thinking the same thing, and then down play Spence speed compared to Thurman whom he beat and hasn’t been heard from. Manny using Floyd tactics at the tail end.

I think Errol Spence is an easy fight for Pacquiao. Spence should look at other options...he's not gonna win that fight.
