Ok, so by reynoso's standards because of genetics Canelo should be the greatest of Mexico because no Mexican has fought great above 147. So basically he gets De La Hoya off the list because hes Mexican American. So again go by his standards & if we play the WHAT IF scenario and ZURDO gets a title 175 then jumps to Cruiserweight to get a title & then some how some way picks up a title at bridger weight or even HW again going by WHAT IF and reynoso's standards that means ZURDO would be the greatest Mexican fighter. Right?

Morales has a better resume than both of them.

He beat Manny Pacquiao and Marco Antonio Barrera.

Canelo is a great HOF fighter absolutely! BUT...

He said that exactly what he was going to do at 154 but wouldn't fight Andrade because they know he will be the hardest challenge of all... Canelo barely got by Lara and Andrade is bigger, stronger hits harder and is even more skilled!

2 years ago Canelo once again said his number one goal was to unify the division at 160 by the end of THAT year and it was his top priority! Then again refused to fight Andrade when DAZN asked him to fight him and instead went up to fight Kovalev FOR LESS MONEY and everyone knew Kovalev was shot! and NOW Canelo's team is trying to lock in Saunders AND Plant ahead of time just to make sure they don't have to fight Andrade when Saunders clearly is willing to fight Andrade right now! FIGURE IT OUT PEOPLE! THEY WILL DO ANYTHING THEY CAN TO AVOID DEMETRIUS ANDRADE AT ALL COSTS!

Since when does Canelo have multiple fights setup ahead of time? Its only to avoid Andrade!!!

Even Golden boy previously said they would NEVER put Canelo in with Andrade if they could possibly help it and they were smart not to...

Dayumzzz! Mexicans running da game. I guess many feel Floyd lost to Castillo. And Salido beat Loma.

Mexicans are a dangerous force!! I dig it!

Canelo choosing to fight Lara at 23 supersedes and exempts Canelo not facing Andrade or BJS, not that they would beat Canelo anyways

Men lie, women lie, numbers don’t lie... Canelo will be the greatest Mexican of all time and that’s saying a lot, considering the deep history Mexico has within the sport. All the work had paid off for Caneloc the discipline, the sacrifice. Good for him and his team... viva Mexico cabrones 🇲🇽!

Absolutely agree. Canelo does have a solid resume but basing his greatness on the number of division belts is totally useless in this era, more so since he stayed at Caneloweight for a couple years.

                      Does Not Matter

Muhammad Ali could be considered one of the greatest fighters of all time. He did not need to go get belts in multiple divisions to ensure this. He fought the best in his division. He beat the best in his division.

Unfortunately for Canelo, he has not fought the best in his division. Though not to his fault that the division/s he is fighting in have weaker competitions. It is hard to rank Canelo up there with the greats when his competitions have not been up to par, at least compared to the greats. I don't believe he will be the greatest Mexican fighter of all time. But again, that is not his fault.
