Ok gents looking for some opinions on Bohachuk vs Adams... personally I'm liking it a good deal as a Pick Em, Adams ain't a world beater but he did manage to last the 12 against Jermell and has a coupla C list scalps on his resume... in short he's arguable a very significant step up for the young Ukrainian KO artist and should be able to give us a real idea whether Bohachuk might have what it takes to hang with the big boys. However I don't know the odds, it's Thursday night fight and the Continental Americas 154 Title ain't really one that's gonna get anyone that excited... so... for me it's a real intriguing fight, but is it one that should be a Pick Em Mammoth NC Uppercut and of course anyone else who has thoughts either way?

If we can have Wallin Breazeale type matchups then this certainly should be more than passable. The rankings are very similar too on the old algorithm boxing site. The odds should be similar too. Maybe even closer.

Also the Ring City outdoor venue offers other interesting handicapping angles, and is a nice change of pace from the usual Vegas bubble, or rigged native casino in Connecticut for some of the common US venues lately.

PPS Your dubbing of Plant as Sweet Pillows gave me a good chuckle

Yeah, I think we maybe just go for it... it's a fight I likie and I've yet to see any objections.

Also just to extend my apologies to the players but I've had a kinda hecticly busy coupla weeks and I've not had chance to get the updating for the last 2 sets of Pick Ems yet... I was seriously aiming to get it done before this weekends fights but with Parker vs Fa on first thing in the a.m UK time I'm not gonna make it. Should have a bit more time from the middle of next week though and try to get back on top of things. If you're willing to have a shot at any updating though NC this might be a good moment - with HBX3 gone the only other dude I know that got both the skills and that I'd trust to do it would probably be asgarth

I dont mind and can do it for you while you are busy.
Just let me know how you want to do it. For example, should I just post it without you double-checking?

Ill probably can figure it out, but I dont know how to post tables on the forum. I can see the code if I quote your post with the tables, but there is probably an easier copy and paste method to do that.

I only mrentioned you cos I noticed a coupla PMs I'd forgotten about from early last year when I was clearing my inbox... we exchanged a coupla ideas about possible alternative methods for doing the tallies and you'd kinda worked one of the tally tables up if I remember right.

Anyways, of course I usually got the tables all saved on my hard-drive but if you want to just drag it off the site way that works for me (when I've lost the saves which has happened a coupla times)with libre office is just to highlight all the cells below the headers and copy them then do a 'paste special' into the top left cell of a new spreadsheet... I inagine there'll be a similar method with Excel.

Once I'm finished editing I use a spreadsheet to html convertor like this one:

Then a whitespace stripper (otherwise you end up with a large blank gap above the table after you post on here... or did at least, that may have changed with the new update cos it didn't do it on other sites that I tried on):

Useful, free online tool that removes all spacing. No ads, nonsense, or garbage, just a whitespace deleter. Press a button – get the result.

Then I usually just copy the last tally post or leaderboard post (you'd need to do a 'quote' then just remove the square bracketed QUOTE and /QUOTE instructions , edit the details and delte it below the header of the table just before the first name and copy the results from the whitespace remover from the first name into it.... took me a while to figure out the method so you might need to play around a bit, but I'm sure you can figure it.

If you can be arsed giving it a shot just let everyone know to check their results and I'll look over it when I get a chance, if you can't fid the time or struggle with it, no worries, I'll get to it next week... but if you can it'd be really useful to have someone else who can pick up the slack when struggle for time, particularly over summer when I'm often away for long stretches camping or festivalling or whatever.

Anyway, if you could give it a try it'd be massively appreciated by all I think.

Either I am doing something wrong or there might be an issue with the site update. I followed your instructions and it just displayed the raw HTML code, To double check if its an issue with the update, I just copied one of the previous tables that you posted without changing anything and deleted the QUOTE /QUOTE instructions and then posted it, but the same problem occured.
