First viewing and everytime after I thought the same thing. Loma is dodging/parrying most of Lopez power punches but because Lopez and Loma are so fast the judges will not see it that way and will score them as a punch that connected clean. Because of this I knew the judges would have Lopez winning, after all he was the aggressor starting out the first half. The times when Loma would connect and land were more clean and affected Lopez far more than when Lopez landed. I am still surprised no mention of Lopez using elbows has been brought up by anyone. If the rematch is not made and Lopez truly thinks he won then I have no choice but to accept that he knows that Loma has his number. If no rematch is given then who does Loma fight next? Haney?

My own opinion is that "by how much" he lost is the only item for discussion, not "whether he lost", as there's no doubt about that!

Lomachenko is turning out to be just like Golovkin. Accepts all praise when things are good and becomes some weird sour conspiracist when things go bad.

Teofimo either BEAT or DREW against Loma. Loma is a 2 time gold medal winner, most decorated amateur ever, and a 3 weight champ in pros. If Loma couldnt (he cant) make a legitimate case for a DRAW he needs to consider retiring.

Loma fought SCARED first 4 or 5 rounds. Teofimo is much bigger but thats the truth.

Teofimo is not GREAT but beating Loma is a GREAT win.

It is not hate. I have never liked Lopez's attitude. He has skills in the ring no doubt. Fact is he trash talked Loma before the fight and suddenly thinks Loma should respect him and be nice to him? Why? Lopez needs to earn that respect in and out of the ring not just in or out. I still think Lopez needs to get away from his father as fast as possible. That guy is toxic and will do more damage in the long run.
