Haney definitely wants that fight but I honestly think he would be the odd man out. He is too smart for his own good, hence why none of these guys would look to fight him.

Haney hasn't fought anyone and has so far looked garbage. I don't know what you are basing your conclusions on. I love the eye test too and rate it above resume sometimes, but Haney didn't catch my eye. Maybe we are watching a different guy.

I’m a bit baffled by the whole division dialog. There’s no question Lopez is now number one and until someone else has the balls to fight Loma, in my mind he’s still clearly number 2. Tank hasn’t beaten a single legit lightweight. He’s physically too small for the division even if his appetite still makes it hard for him to make 130 comfortably. There’s only so much quick feet and hands can make up for - ask Loma. Loma got beat because he couldn’t close distance safely. Same thing will happen to tank when he fights a decent LW with size. The rest, Haney, Garcia should grow a pair and fight Loma or Lopez. The only real titles are all lopez’s - the only reason Haney has a title is because of the WBC franchise crap. It shouldn’t be up to the WBC to decide who gets to be undisputed just by dreaming up fake titles. Loma never lost his WBC belt in the ring and Lopez beat him. He’s WBC champ despite what Haney etc may try and make out. Haney got gifted it as he should have fought Campbell the at the time number 1 contender for the belt but the WBC made Loma franchise.

Of all the guys, Davis will be the one fight that won’t happen right now. It’s not just because of Bob. It’s him and Floyd, both obstacles who don’t want to risk their fighters yet when they can get other rewarding fights from somebody else with minimal risks

Hasn't Haney been calling Lopez out and Lopez said he isn't interested cuz Haney hasn't proved himself? Even though Lopez is number 1 and Haney wants to fight him which would be trying to prove yourself at the highest level available.

I agree with most except for one thing. In the LW division, it’s no longer the ranking that matters most. It’s about who draw the most right now. I also agree that Loma is the number 2 despite of the loss but guys like Teo, Tank and maybe Ryan calls the shots right now as they are now the top draws in the division. Both Tank and Teo will be very much protected by their promoters for they don’t wanna risk losing their cash cows. Ryan don’t want Haney, I think we can agree to that.

The only ones left out are Loma and Haney. I hope they both should fight next
