Haney wasn’t really played, the Wbc played themselves. That franchise title was created for Canelo and they set these ****** rules to cater specifically to him. Then they gave loma the same title to not make it seem like a canelo title, but now want to change the rules because they realize how ****** they look by having Haney as a champ while Lopez is clearly the one deserving of that belt. Franchise title never should’ve existed to begin with.

Despite who was lined up, who beat the better competition at lw for the year and a half leading into the title fight with loma and Campbell? Was it Haney or Loma? Who was on all p4p lists? My definition of deserving has more to do with in ring performance and opposition than wbc rankings as those are corrupt and BS to begin with.

Both Campbell and Garcia could have gotten a straight title shot at Haney because Haney was willing to fight wither of them but they chose to fight an eliminator against each other instead.

Garcia won the eliminator, is now Haney’s mandatory but he rather call out Tank from 130lbs.
