Of course Ryan has a chance to beat Tank. Guys far less talented than Ryan got a chance vs guys at or above Tank's level as well. Nothing is 100%. I think its hard for many of us to favor Ryan against guys like Tank OR Teofimo based on what we saw vs Luke doe. Ryan's defense & chin showed some holes that much better guys than Luke can exploit in much more dramatic ways.

That said I'd still give Ryan a punchers chance vs anyone cuz despite the holes in his game his power is on point & I could see him being a risk for anyone at anytime so I could see Ryan pull some rabbits outta hats with come from behind W's just when his opponent thought he had him all but finished as well. But I'd still favor Tank 70/30 over Ryan if they were to fight next.
