Neither gervonta or Ryan can afford to fight "nobodies" for the next 5 or 6 years....that's a disaster waiting to happen

as another fellah said on this comment, they may well drift apart as weight may determine their paths. Davis I think maybe goes up to lightweight and possibly even light welter but the young kid, may just big right up even into light middle over the coming years.
All of which is determined by winning.

I admire Garcia's call out if it is real. Maybe he believes the fight can't be made. That's why he's so brash. I'd have to give the edge to Davis, though. Garcia comes in, chin up. That doesn't bode well for him.
