Canelo has a tremendous chin and good defence so Roy doesn’t stop him but he beats him widely on points similar to how he dealt with Toney.
Roy has a glass chin doe...

All three of those guys are cowardly bums. That ducked Roy and Toney.

Roy by wide Decision or late TKO. Roy in his prime was a problem.

Before he juiced up and went into the heavies he was untouchable, ninja reflexes, hand speed and power.

Green Roy beats Canelo comfortably. Then again green Roy probably decisions or stops any 154-168 fighter in history quite comfortably. Prime RJ might force Canelo’s corner to stop the fight just because he will be down on the scorecards too much and isn’t touching Roy. Or knowing Reynoso and Canelo now, they’d likely keep him in there to lose 120-108.

Roy, green at 154, beats prime: Winky, Forrest, DLH, Trinidad, J. Jackson, Mosley, Mayweather, Kalule, McCallum, Hearns, Norris, SRL, Duran, Canelo, Cotto, Sergio Martinez, Lara, Charlo, Paul Williams, Pacquiao (cw of 150 like he did vs Margarito).
