I hope we get Berlanga vs. Rosado, and Morrell Jr. vs. Uzcategui in 2021.
    Yeah both good step ups.

Think either of the Dirrell’s could be a good step up for Morrell too. Uzcategui is a good shout. Could see that being next.

Not too sure who Bob has at 168 but Berlanga is gonna be very hard to match because of how hard he hits. Rosado would hopefully give him some rounds. Roamer Alexis Angulo could be a good option. Went 12 with Ramirez and went 10 with Benavidez.

Agreed! This may get ugly if it happens, unless Berlanga has crazy stamina. (Wilder Fury 2 ugly/funny).

I think Bob has Steven Nelson. He's ranked #8 by the WBO (Berlanga #9). Not sure why they don't want to make that fight? Nelson is 17-0 w/ 14 KOs! Who promotes Vladimir Shishkin?

To follow, stay FAR away from Benavidez. Benavidez destroys everybody at 168(except Canelo) if he could stop shooting himself in the foot losing his titles and make 168. Berlanga will get done in like all the club guys he's done in.
Berlanga is puerto rican look it up.

and it's not my they like to load their gloves.

Looked him up again. Seen he was born over there so technically yea he is Puerto Rican, but he wasn't raised there. Been in NY since he was. Dude is American af. Still don't look at him as a PR fighter. Just of PR descent. Repping it the way he does will bring him attention and labeled as one. I stand corrected to a certain extent though.

But it stunk it was a nothing fight all around. Add to that Rosado's record lost what 6-7 of last ten fights ? He can bleed sure. That is what I remember about his Jacobs fight and his past record. I do not dislike the guy the way I do Jacobs for said reasons above but calling him out is not any step in any direction except another KO on his record. 34 yo coming off a ugly fight. I am trying to be respectful but honest, but that fight does nothing for Berlanga. After watching the last Rosado fight I thought time to walk away. Anyhow.
Gabe Rosado is better than anyone Berlanga has faced so far so it would be a step up. If Berlanga were to be more impressive against Rosado than Daniel Jacobs did then that would be a tremendous statement.

Rosado will take Berlanga into the late rounds and then we will know if he's for real. Say what you want about Gabe but the guy has a great chin and a heart of a warrior

I guess we're just gonna have to see, huh?

I haven't heard anything about loaded gloves but I guess you can never be too careful nowadays.
