Yes, we all know the story, Loma took the first half of the fight off, but I'm still waiting for the amazing work Lopez put in during that time.
There isn’t really and clean, flashy offense by Lopez, but it doesn’t mean he didn’t win an extremely close decision. Lomas inactivity early is what cost him.

Loma just beat him up in the second half (7-11). That’s why there’s so many highlights. The game plan if I had to bet, was to give away early rounds and pick him apart late. Well, plans change.

Even if Loma dropped Lopez, he’d still of lost a decision based on the ridiculous scorecards that night.

A true champion would immediately rematch. The only person I’ve seen as of recent.. immediately grant a rematch during such a close fight is Floyd. Both times when there was a questionable decision he IN THE RING said he’d do it again right away.

Lopez does not want to fight Loma again.
I agree with most of your comment. But if you'd seen that slo mo that I saw, you'd change your mind about that last round I'm sure. You are a straight poster no bias for or against, that I've noticed.

Do you think Loma won the 12th?

Karma for not knowing how to score fights! With your GGg vs Canelo perspective of styles and whining about robberies you jinxed Lomachenko’s performance. Lopez beat Loma, and as Breadman said, GGG didn’t rise to the occasion in the Canelo fights.

At first I didn't think he'd won rd 12, , but after I saw the slo mo I was pretty sure he had. You would too if you'd seen the slo mo. No question. As I said, most of Lopez's punches were misses, blocked or deflections. although he scored a few pretty good ones. But there were a lot of fists flying in that round. Lomochenko's defence was just fantastic, and the way he capitalized on Lopez' misses were masterful.

It looked all the time as if he was being overwhelmed but the opposite was the real truth.

If you want to see REAL miracles look up a Nicolino Locche fight with anyone. He was champ for 4-5 years when there were at least 10-12 other champs and former champs. He had NO punch, in about 125 fights had only 14 KOs and lost only 4. He fought them all. He was nicotine crazy would smoke during the 1 minute between rounds with his corner around him to hide it. He was also lineal champ for about 4-5 years.

He'd stand right in front, in the pocket with his hands behind his back. Never saw anything like it. Something like what they used to write about "Young Griffo" of the 1890s and early 1900s, who was always drunk and though only a 5'4" featherweight champ, fought everyone up to welterweight and even Mike and Twin Sullivan, middleweight champs.

He'd stand on the corner of a handkerchief, and you couldn't hit him. He did it for drinks.

Lol thankyou man for putting me onto apart of boxing im not aware off.
In regards to Teo/Loma, i have watched quite a few rounds in slo/mo and i agree its not what people see in real life.
Unfortunately judges and spectators dont get that advantage to watch in slo motion.
My first impressions were Teo 7/5 or a draw.
Im a huge Loma fan but he does deserve the win in real time.
Hoping Teo gives the rematch to even things out.

He doesn't seem to keen to give him a rematch, at least until he's lost a step or two, very like Mayweather would do. He should have been thankful that Lomachenko gave him the opportunity, instead of shooting off his big mouth all the time. Plenty of wind anyway, mostly hot air.

                  He seems very narcissistic.

Go on youtube and put Lopez vs Loma highlights and you would see how little of highlights Lopez has. Only great shots were a few body punches that's it. Cant find any clean shots he landed.
