Right now it doesn’t really matter because Garcia is still very inexperienced. He pretty much only looks for the left hook. Any good and experienced boxer is going to take that away from him.

In a year or a few more matches against high level opponents, it’ll change though. Garcia will get better (unless he doesn’t) and Tank won’t have anything for him.

Same with Teofimo. I think with more experience, Garcia would do to Tank what Teofimo would do to Tank right now. Which is bully him by being the bigger fighter with more reach.

Tank better go for it now before Garcia cuts his teeth at the elite level. One that happens, I am not so sure that Tank would even make it a fight.

There are many great fighters that are/were relatively short (or even very short) but still successful vs taller opposition - Pacquiao, Whitaker, Qawi, Tyson, just to name a few, or if we speak about old times, Burns and Langford.
