    How about Garcia vs Commey
    How about Lomachenko vs. Commey?

Wow! Thats impressive. This incredible feat in beating Luke Campbell reminds me of when Jorge Linares beat a actual two weight champion, Oscar Larios, at 21 years old ; when Larios had 65 fights and was younger than Euro-Bum Luke Campbell.

Ryan Garcia was nine years old

His power, speed and resilience are impressive. His defense and foot movement are not. These are things that can be worked on.

That was probably the best possible outcome for Garcia. He triumphed in spectacular fashion but he was also tested and shown first hand that he still has serious vulnerabilities he needs to address.
          Great analysis.

So, where does Garcia go from here? I.e. next fight. Despite his ko of Campbell, I'm not convinced he's ready for Lopez, Davis or Haney.

            Exactly.

I think the concern is more about how easily he got caught flat footed and got hurt.
There are certain things that can be fixed, tweaked and worked on. Broner was bulldozed by Maidana ... he didn’t do anything wrong. Also, Broner doesn’t belong at 147.

Garcia has the tools to beat guys like Campbell etc but going against Teo or even Tank I’d a nightmare matchup for him. As good as he thinks he is, Garcia is just not ready for those two guys. It may sound like a duck but it is what it is. He’s only 22 there’s no rush.

Truer words have never been spoken. Reynoso knows ... they should get him two more fights before any of those guys.
There is no shame in that.

All of that is true and Ryan himself said that Campbell taught him a lot in there. I’m sure he will continue to improve as long as he is committed to doing so.

But I guess you might be right. Knocking out a former gold medalist who's only losses were to ex-World Champions ( one of them a P4P #1 at the time ) who couldn't KO him is No big deal.
It’s a big deal for him personally and it proves he belongs in the conversation on who the top lightweights are. However getting up from a Luke Campbell knock down and winning with a perfectly timed and placed body shot is not a big deal in the context of how he fairs against Lopez Davis or Haney (Loma too).

I did not intend to throw shade on Linares, just trying to show a little love to the young warrior, Ryan Garcia.

Thanks and I agree with you. It may benefit him to have another fight before he takes on the monsters (then again I didn't think Teo was ready either so what do I know).

Maybe a fight against Fortuna or Linares? Both can be made relatively easily I imagine. Linares punch resistance seems depleted but he can box. Fortuna might give him some rounds and things to work on. Barring that, you could bring Nakatani back over to the US. If he stops the Japanese fighter (and I imagine he would), it would provide favorable comparison to Lopez.
