I'm all for a bit of class war my friend, and I'm right with you that our governments have a lot to be held to account for, bur not everything has to be part of a grand conspiracy, man.
Sometimes stuff just happens.
I gootta be wondering what conspiracies woulda been dreamed up if our various national governments had decided against lockdowns or distancing measures... I am almost willing to bet that the exact same folk complaining now would be talking about some mass depopulation project or some craziness.
Governments are made of people and people make poor choices, get things wrong or just have to compromise or improvise based on incomplete information. Just glad it ain't me had to make those kinds of decisions about peoples lives and livelihoods.Comment

Ha ha... you ain't met Ms Koba man... one of the kindest hearts you ever met but damn if I haven't had to become a full time debunking machine... if it ain't the Reptilian moonbase it's injectible nanochips or 5g being tuned to make us vibrate at the frequency of Negativity instead of Love. Fortunately she's never gone too far down the rabbitholes.
They're the worst ones.Comment

This is a boxing forum so I'd think most of us train or work out. Surprising that people have a problem with that.Comment

I'm not speaking on your specific situation. I'm trying to get you to understand that although you may not have had a bad experience many others are & this idea that we should just go back to normal will kill a lot of people.Comment

Nothing I'm saying is extreme, and if it is that is a serious problem with the world then. If we cannot agree on one of the most basic tenant of science that a healthy immune system starts with proper nutrition, supplementation, good physical shape and conditioning, avoiding things like processed foods, environmental toxins, smoking ad alcohol, then we are doomed as a society. The government doesn't want you to know this and shame on them for it.

What it is like in the US i don't know. But plenty is being done to try and tackle it over here. But people do love their cheap fast food. That's were the real problem is.Comment

We get a lot of advice in the UK by the government and health advisers about living a good clean life. We even have an up and running system to bring down sugar content in food and drink to get a grip of obesity. There's loads of advice on many TV programs. But it comes down to which people actually listen and care to follow this advice. No one can be forced to do things.

Closing the liquor stores and opening gyms would be one great move.Comment

Naw, generally lefty, anti-government, but she's an alternative therapist and in with the all the alt spirituality folk... Used to be fairly harmless weirdness but a lotta of em got a bit crazy over the last year. Fortunately she never got that far in and I reckon I got an OK touch when it comes to diplomacy but she's had to cut ties with a few of her close friends cos they got too deep in.Comment
