I want to see it. That would be a competitive fight and would unify a couple of belts at 160.

They both are on DAZN and have the same promoter. There's no reason why it shouldn't happen.

Andrade is boring, isn’t active enough inside or outside the ring, and hasn’t beaten anyone that will make him deserving of a match vs GGG.

GGG paid his dues, fought Jacobs, Canelo 2x, Derevyanchenko, and a bunch of other top 10 MW’s.

Andrade fought one top 10 JMW 8 years ago and he was dropped in that fight. And he was dropped pretty hard too, wasn’t some flash knock down. He was simply caught with a counter left hook while getting ****y with Andrade and increasing his activity. I think that lone fight made him throw 1-2 punches at a time and be reluctant to be really active.

Tldr: I need to see him against decent competition in order for me to get hyped about him facing the elite. I can’t get into the Andrade hype with decision wins over Vanes, Brewer, Freddy Hernandez, Jack Culcay, and Sulecki. That’s about where his resume stops, all decision wins too. He is 33 with the resume of a 23 year old prospect.

I honestly want to see Andrade in with a top level fighter first, his only arguably legit fighter he’s faced was Culcay and he arguably lost.

I’d actually like to see Andrade v Liam Williams next.

No interest in the knockout artist who many people believe should still be undefeated and sitting atop the p4p rankings? Let me guess. You’re a Canelo fan.

Golovkin is finished at the top level imo. Unless Andrade gets careless he probably wins a wide decision.

It’s tough watching fighters who were formerly among the best, struggling with fighters that only a few years before they would have defeated easily.

Not a big deal but really it’s a fight I’m not wanting to see.

I like Canelo but I’m no Canelo die hard. GGG isn’t that interesting to me. No need to cry about it.

If I were GGG's advisor, I would definitely urge him to take this fight. Many people label Andrade high risk/low reward when he's potentially one of the lowest risk/highest reward opponents out there considering GGG would have the chance to notch up an excellent win on paper and unify against a guy who's unproven at the elite level. Meanwhile, even if he were to lose, no doubt his fans would help him save face by claiming it was a bad style matchup for his age.

The problem with GGG is that he's never been particularly ambitious, and after getting whooped at his own game b Canelo, his ambition seems to have diminished even further. No Andrade fight, no Charlo fight, no rematch with Derevy, and he even turned Canelo away when approached for a third fight because he'd rather stay in his comfort zone against guys there to be knocked out.
